The system consists of several gyros having general physical or conditional axis. The gyros described below are designed as the system of gyros' disks not having actual axle. The disks of gyros locate between support bearings and they form a sandwich structure. When density of the gyro's sandwich varies under an interaction of forces acting inside and outside of the gyro module, the support bearings have possibility to move along leading rods. The movement is executed by the pressing of the upper support bearing to the gyro-sandwich. This movement compensates the arise forces. The upper support bearing can move in relation to the lid of the gyro module case, which is motionless in relation to the bottom support bearing. All this system is in condition of dynamic balance. The destroying forces arising in rims of the gyro's disks are transmitted to a case of support bearings. The forces which arise as result of the rotating and the gyro-effects of the gyros' disks are transmitted through their own support bearings to working pistons of upper support bearing. A power supplying and controlling gyro-module is intended for the autonomous or remote-controlled devices. Its design is based on the system of gyros described above. The gyro-module consists of auxiliary equipment, an engine and a gyro-stabilizer. These subunits are coaxially incorporated into united module. The gyro-module may have as power supply subunit an electrical motor, a gas-turbine engine or an internal-combustion engine. The energy from the power supply subunit to consumers may be transmitted through a mechanical transmission, an electro-mechanical transmission, by means of a working substance or by multifunction method. The gyro-module may work as a power accumulator for a peak-consumption regime. "Self serviced, urban taxi" having this gyro-module is described below as working principle of urban transport. This urban taxi is offered for service of urban area in which traffic of general transport is prohibited. It may be a rest-zone, a down-town or a protected architectural complex and etcetera. The urban taxis are located in parking which are distributed along a servicing area. A client takes the taxi off a nearest to him parking and leaves the taxi in the parking which is nearest to end of his route. For starting of engine, the client should insert a credo-card and the driver- license into the reader of the control panel. Free taxis are redistributed between parking by means of a driver-controlled chain of taxis.
