Proteins extractable with perchloric acid from mammal liver, in particular from goat liver, are capable of lowering blood levels of Tumor Necrosis Factor (TNF) and can be used for the treatment of multiple sclerosis, rheumatoid arthritis, septic shock and other pathologies characterized by TNF hyperproduction.

Protéines extraites du foie des mammifère, en particulier du foie de la chèvre, avec de l'acide perchlorique. Ces protéines sont capables d'abaisser les taux sanguins du facteur de nécrose des tumeurs (TNF) et peuvent être utilisées pour traiter la sclérose en plaques, la polyarthrite rhumatoïde, les chocs septiques et d'autres pathologies caractérisées par une hyperproduction de TNF.
