Formula (I), Formula (II) and Formula (III), wherein R represents hydrogen atom, CH3, OH, pyridyl (C5H4N), 1- methylpyridyl (C5H4N-CH3) or pyridyl substituted with hydroxy group ((OH)C5H3N), and X represents a physiologically acceptable counterion, for the treatment or prevention of diseases or conditions associated with vascular endothelium dysfunction or liver injury.
