A wheel cover provides a base (18) for supporting the device within a central cavity (18A) in an automotive wheel (18). A cover plate (10) is mounted in a bearing (3) within the base (8) and is weighted for non-rotational support on the wheel (18). A weight (9) is supported within the cover plate (10) so as to bias the cover plate (10) in a preferred position. The weight (9) is engaged within the cover plate (10) by a negative draft angle on a peripheral lip (20) of the cover plate (10) so as to be asymmetrical with respect to the rotational axis (18A) of the wheel (18).
L'invention concerne un enjoliveur comprenant une base (18) destinée à porter le dispositif à l'intérieur d'une cavité centrale (18A) de roue (18) d'automobile. Une plaque de recouvrement (10), montée sur un roulement (3) situé dans la base (8), est lestée de manière à être portée de manière non rotative par la roue (18).
