ABSTRACT There is described a pharmaceutical composi- tion which is useful as a therapeutic agent for dysuria comprising a compound of the formula: Image wherein R1, R2 and R3 are each lower alkyl, or its salt, as an active ingredient, in association with a pharmaceutically acceptable, substantially nontoxic carrier or excipient. The use of this compositlon for the therapeutic treatment of dysuria, and the preparation of the composition in the form of a medicament are also disclosed.
