Disclosed is a 2-amino-1,3-propanediol derivative represented by the formula (1) (e.g., 2-amino-2-[4-(3-benzyloxyphenylthio)-2-chlorophenyl]ethyl- 1,3- propanediol hydrochloride), which is a sphingosine-1-phosphate receptor agonist, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt or solvate thereof. It is found that the derivative, salt or solvate is useful as a therapeutic agent or a prophylactic agent for an inflammatory bowel disease such as Crohn~s disease, Crohn~s disease of large intestine, intestinal Behcet~s disease, ulcerative colitis, hemorrhagic rectal ulcer or pouchitis.
L'invention concerne un dérivé de 2-amino-1,3-propanediol représenté par la formule (1) (par exemple le chlorhydrate de 2-amino-2-[4-(3-benzyloxyphénylthio)-2-chlorophényl]éthyl-1,3-propanediol), qui est un agoniste du récepteur de la sphingosine-1-phosphate, ou un sel ou solvate acceptable du point de vue pharmaceutique de celui-ci. Il apparaît que le dérivé, le sel ou le solvate est utile en tant qu'agent thérapeutique ou agent prophylactique pour une affection abdominale inflammatoire telle que la maladie de Crohn, la maladie de Crohn du gros intestin, la maladie de Behcet intestinale, la rectocolite hémorragique, l'ulcère rectal hémorragique ou la pochite.
