The invention relates to cosmetics and medicine and can be used for skin care or in the form of a warming balsam. The inventive oily balsam is embodied in the form of a homogenous system and comprises an combination of the following oils, emollients and extracts: Macadamia oil, Bosvellia serrate extract (laudanum), isopropyl myristate, vegetable oil, oil extract of red hot pepper standardised upon capsaicin (10%), polyethylsiloxane (PES-4), lecytine and an aroma compound at a determined component ratio. Said balsam exhibits a more pronounced prolonged warming, anaesthetic, anti-inflammatory and regeneration action and is provided with agreeable organoleptic properties and texture.

L'invention appartient aux domaines de la cosmétologie et de la médecine et peut s'utiliser pour les soins de la peau ainsi que comme un baume de réchauffement. Le baume à base d'huile se présente comme un système homogène et contient un complexe d'huile, d'émollients et d'extraits: de l'huile de macadamia, de l'extrait de Boswellia serrata (de l'encens), du myristate d'isopropyle, de l'extrait à base d'huile végétale de piment rouge standardisé pour la capsicine (10 %), du polyéthylène siloxane (PES-4), de la lécithine et un agent aromatisant, en fonction du rapport des composants. Le baume possède des actions réchauffante, anesthésiante, anti-inflammatoire et rajeunissante prolongées et mieux exprimées ainsi des propriétés organoleptiques et une texture agréables.
