Disclosed are compounds that include two or more haptens conjugated by a spacer or a carrier. The haptens may include diethylenetriaminepentaacetate (DTPA), histimine-succinyl-glutamine (HSG), or combinations of DTPA and HSG. The compound also includes an effector molecule which may be conjugated to one or more of the haptens, the spacer/carrier, or both. The effector molecule may be conjugated by a number of linkages including an ester linkage, an imino linkage, an amino linkage, a sulfide linkage, a thiosemicarbazone linkage, a semicarbazone linkage, an oxime linkage, an ether linkage, or combinations of these linkages. Also disclosed are methods of synthesizing the compounds and/or precursors of the compounds.
L'invention concerne des composés qui comportent au moins deux haptènes conjugués par un espaceur ou un porteur. Les haptènes peuvent comporter le diéthylènetriaminepenta-acétate (DTPA), histimine-succinyl-glutamine (HSG), ou une combinaison de DTPA et de HSG. Le composé concerné comporte également une molécule effectrice que l'on peut conjuguer à un ou plusieurs haptènes, à l'espaceur/porteur ou aux deux. La molécule effectrice peut être conjuguée par un certain nombre de liaisons comprenant une liaison ester, une liaison imino, une liaison amino, une liaison sulfide, une liaison thiosemicarbazone, une liaison semicarbazone, une liaison oxime, une liaison éther ou des combinaisons de ces liaisons. L'invention concerne en outre des procédés permettant de synthétiser ces composés et/ou des précurseurs de ces composés.
