This invention provides a method for determining the antibody specificity profile in an individual. This specificity profile reveals the individual's immune response to multiple antigens and/or epitopes of autoantigens, allergens, graft antigens, etc. The antibody specificity profile is determined through the binding of patient samples comprising antibodies to the arrays. The array can comprises antigens and epitopes. The invention also provides the means and methods for determining antigen or epitope specificity profiles that can be used in the development of either generic and individualized diagnosis and treatment for immune related diseases, including autoimmune disease, allergy and graft rejection.
L'invention concerne un procédé pour déterminer le profil de spécificité d'un anticorps chez un individu. Le profil de spécificité indique la réaction immunitaire de l'individu à des antigènes multiples et/ou à des épitopes d'auto-antigènes, d'allergènes, d'antigènes de greffe, etc. On détermine le profil de spécificité d'un anticorps en liant aux dosages des échantillons du patient comprenant des anticorps. Le jeu ordonné d'échantillons peut comprendre des antigènes et des épitopes. L'invention concerne aussi des moyens et des procédés pour déterminer les profils de spécificité des antigènes ou des épitopes qui peuvent s'utiliser pour développer la diagnostique et le traitement générique ou individualisé des maladies du système immunitaire, y compris la maladie auto-immune, l'allergie et le rejet du greffon.
