The present invention provides therapeutic conjugates which comprise a therapeutic compound bound to one to three acyl groups derived from fatty acids. The therapeutic compounds are preferably non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents which include a carboxylic acid group. The compounds involve the use of tromethamine or ethanolamine derivative to link the acyl groups derived from fatty acids to the therapeutic compounds.
La présente invention concerne des conjugués à usage thérapeutique comprenant un composé thérapeutique lié à un à trois groupes acyle dérivés d'acides gras. Les composés thérapeutiques sont de préférence des agents anti-inflammatoires non stéroïdiens qui portent un groupe acide carboxylique. On utilise un dérivé du tris(hydroxyméthyl)aminométhane ou l'éthanolamine pour lier les groupes acyle dérivés des acides gras aux composés thérapeutiques.
