Body traction table for treatment of among other things back problems comprising a stand presenting a front stand portion and a rear stand portion and supporting a body supporting table and a foot-rest which together are revolving round a mainly horizontal axle in order to turn the body supporting table from standard position in which the foot-rest is lowered into treatment position in which the foot-rest is above the horizontal axle, the body supporting table being supported by a frame which is pivotally connected with the stand. At least one of the stand portions is adjustable for height so that the front stand portion can be made shorter or longer than the rear stand portion.

L'invention concerne une table de traction du corps destinée, entre autres, au traitement des problèmes de dos. Ladite table présente un support constitué d'une partie de support avant (1) et d'une partie de support arrière (2), le tout supportant une table (13) de support du corps et un repose-pied (8) tournant ensemble sur un axe principalement horizontal afin de permettre le pivotement de la table (13) depuis une position standard, dans laquelle le repose-pied est au-dessus de l'axe horizontal. La table (13) de support du corps est supportée par un cadre (5) relié pivotant avec les parties de support. Au moins une des parties de support (1, 2) est réglable en hauteur, la partie de support avant (1) pouvant être plus longue ou plus courte que la partie de support arrière (2).
