This invention provides an improved therapeutic sleeping set consisting of a mattress and a pillow. Each of them are hollow inside and are designed to be filled with a mixture of buckwheat hulls (Fagopytum Eselentum) and white mustard seeds (Sinapis Alba), due to their bio-therapeutic properties. They are also designed to be easily refilled and adjusted by the users themselves via an ingenious combination of zippers and protruding loops used for hanging them during the refilling process.
