A therapeutic system that is suitable for treatment of metabolic syndrome, involving application of compression training. The therapeutic system comprises fastening device (100), main unit (200), measuring unit (300) and control unit (400). The fastening device (100) is wound round a given site of four limbs. The fastening device (100) is equipped with an airtight gas bag so that the fastening force to four limbs can be altered by charging or discharging air thereinto. The main unit (200) controls the air charging and discharging into the gas bag. The measuring unit (300) is fitted to four limbs wound with the fastening device (100) to measure the magnitude of pulse wave. The control unit (400) employs, as the pressure within the gas bag during therapy, the air pressure within the gas bag specified, in pre-processing carried out prior to therapy, for maximizing the magnitude of pulse wave.
La présente invention concerne un système thérapeutique qui convient pour le traitement du syndrome métabolique, impliquant l'application d'un entraînement par compression. Le système thérapeutique comprend un dispositif de fixation (100), une unité principale (200), une unité de mesure (300) et une unité de commande (400). Le dispositif de fixation (100) est enroulé autour d'un site donné sur les quatre membres. Le dispositif de fixation (100) est pourvu d'un sac à gaz étanche à l'air de telle sorte que la force de fixation aux quatre membres peut être modifiée en chargeant de l'air dans ce sac ou en l'enlevant de celui-là. L'unité principale (200) commande la charge et la décharge d'air dans le sac à gaz.
