A thermal barrier coating material, characterized in that it comprises a metal binder layer (22) and a porous ceramic layer (23) comprising a partially stabilized ZrO2which are laminated on a base material (2) in this order, and the ceramic layer has microcracks (24) extending in the thickness direction; and a method for producing the thermal barrier coating material which comprises, after the lamination of the ceramic layer, heating the front surface of the ceramic layer by the irradiation with a laser beam while cooling the back face of the base material, to thereby form the microcraks. Another thermal barrier coating material, characterized in that it comprises a metal binder layer and, laminated thereon, a partially stabilized ZrO2 which is partially stabilized by the addition of Dy2O2 and Yb2O2. A thermal spray material for TBC, characterized in that it comprises a zirconia powder and a rare earth oxide powder added thereto, both having a specific surface area of 10 m2/g; and a method for producing the thermal spray material which comprises mixing these powders and a binder to form a slurry, granulating the slurry, and heat-treating the resultant granules.
L'invention concerne un matériau de revêtement barrière thermique caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une couche de liaison avec les métaux (22) et une couche céramique (23) poreuse contenant du ZrO2 partiellement stabilisé, qui sont laminées, dans l'ordre cité, sur la matière de base (2). La couche céramique présente des microcraquelures (24) qui s'étendent dans le sens de l'épaisseur. L'invention concerne également un procédé de production du matériau de revêtement barrière thermique. Ce procédé consiste, une fois la couche céramique laminée, à chauffer la surface avant de la couche céramique par exposition à un faisceau laser et simultanément à refroidir la face arrière de la matière de base pour former les microcraquelures. L'invention concerne un autre matériau de revêtement barrière thermique caractérisé en ce qu'il contient une couche de liaison aux métaux sur laquelle on lamine du ZrO¿2? qui est partiellement stabilisé par addition de Dy¿2?O¿2? et Yb¿2?O¿2?. L'invention concerne enfin une matière de pulvérisation thermique destinée au TBC et caractérisée en ce qu'elle contient une poudre de zirconium ajoutée à une poudre d'oxyde de terres rares, les deux ayant une zone de surface spécifique de 10 m?2¿/g ; ainsi qu'un procédé de production de la matière de pulvérisation thermique qui consiste à mélanger ces poudres à un liant pour obtenir une boue, à granuler la boue et à soumettre ces granulés à un traitement thermique.
