La présente invention concerne un élément de construction à isolation thermique, qui, associé à des éléments de liaison, permet, d'une part la réalisation rapide d'un système de construction, et d'autre part l'accueil et la fixation exacte de n'importe quel renfort. L'élément de construction à isolation thermique de la présente invention comporte, d'une part des éléments de polystyrène avec une pièce porteuse contenant un châssis métallique entre les éléments de polystyrène, la pièce porteuse étant remplie de béton sur site, et d'autre part des éléments de jonction réunissant les éléments de polystyrène. L'élément de construction à isolation thermique est caractérisé en ce que les éléments de jonction réunissant les éléments de polystyrène (1) sont des éléments de liaison en plastique (19), les trous de fixation (8) servant à réunir les éléments de polystyrène ainsi que les niches (20) de jonction avec un châssis (18) formant un espace (30) entre les éléments de polystyrène.
