A method for manufacturing an insulation barrier including providing a body having a cavity therein; introducing a plurality of three-dimensional globules into the cavity, with each globule having a radiation reflector component isolated from the exterior of the globule; and closing the cavity to hold the plurality of globules therein. A method for manufacturing an insulation barrier including loading and breaking down an insulation material in a walled space existing between a first tubular disposed within a second tubular.

Il s'agit d'un procédé de fabrication d'une barrière thermo-isolante qui comprend un corps creux. On y introduit de multiples gouttelettes, chacune d'elles présentant un élément réflecteur de rayonnement et isolé de l'extérieur de la gouttelette. Ensuite, on referme la cavité pour y emprisonner les multiples gouttelettes. Il s'agit d'un procédé de fabrication de barrière thermo- isolante qui comprend le chargement et la fragmentation d'un matériau isolant dans un espace mural existant entre un premier tubule placé à l'intérieur d'un second tube.
