A thermal-insulation element, in particular for window and door frames and the like, comprises a main body (2) arranged to be operatively interposed between an inner half (3) and an outer half (4) of a framework (5) in a window or door frame and an abutment portion (6) transversely projecting from said main body and arranged to receive a head portion (7) of a sealing weather strip (8) in abutment relationship therewith, as well as a band (9) of magnetic material operatively associated with said abutment portion.

L'invention porte sur un élément d'isolation thermique pour cadres de portes et fenêtres et analogues, comportant un corps principal (2), conçu pour être interposé entre la moitié intérieure (3) et la moitié extérieure (4) de l'ossature (5) de cadres de fenêtres et portes, et une partie formant butée (6) s'étendant transversalement à partir dudit corps principal et disposée de manière à recevoir la partie supérieure (7) d'une bande de calfeutrage (8) venant buter sur elle, ainsi qu'une bande (9) d'un matériau magnétique fonctionnellement associée à ladite partie formant butée.
