An adhesive sheet (2) is interposed between an electronic part (1) and a heat- radiating member (3). The sheet (2) comprises a thermally conductive substrate (21) and, disposed respectively on both sides thereof, layers (22 and 23) of a thermally conductive pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising: (a) 100 parts by weight of a copolymer of a monomer mixture comprising 100 parts by weight of main monomers consisting mainly of alkyl (meth)acrylates in which the alkyls each has 2 to 14 carbon atoms on average and 1 to 30 parts by weight of a polar monomer giving a homopolymer having a glass transition point of 0 ~C or lower; and (b) 10 to 300 parts by weight of a thermally conductive filler. Thus, the part (1) is bonded to the member (3) with the layers (22 and 23) while attaining satisfactory thermal conduction therebetween.
Cette invention concerne une feuille adhésive (2) qui est disposée entre une pièce électronique (1) et un élément irradiant de la chaleur (3). Cette feuille (2) comprend une substrat thermoconducteur (21) et, sur ses deux côtés respectifs, des couches (22 et 23) d'un adhésif autocollant et thermoconducteur qui comprend les éléments suivants: (a) 100 parts en poids d'un copolymère issu d'un mélange de monomères qui se compose, d'une part, de 100 parts en poids de monomères principaux consistant principalement en des alkyl(méth)acrylates dans lesquels les alkyles comportent chacun de 2 à 14 atomes de carbone en moyenne et, d'autre part, de 1 à 30 parts en poids d'un monomère polaire permettant d'obtenir un homopolymère ayant une température de transition vitreuse de 0· ou moins; et (b), de 10 à 300 parts en poids d'une matière de charge thermoconductrice. La pièce (1) est ainsi collée à l'élément (3) à l'aide des couches (22 et 23), ceci tout en assurant une conductivité thermique satisfaisante entre ces dernières.
