Thermally curable binding agents based on an aqueous polymer dispersion, containing an emulsion polymer (EP), a polymer which consists of at least 5 wt. % ethylenically unsaturated monocarboxylic acid, dicarboxylic acid or dicarboxylic acid anhydride (acid polymer SP) and monofunctional or multifunctional epoxy compounds as curing agents. The monofunctional or multifunctional epoxy compound is, preferably, introduced into the aqueous polymer dispersion in a liquid state. The thermally curable binding agent can contain a polymol or an alkanolamine, in addition to the epoxy compound, as curing agents.
L'invention concerne un liant thermodurcissable à base d'une dispersion polymère aqueuse, contenant un polymérisat d'émulsion (abr. EP), un polymérisat composé d'au moins 5 % en poids d'un acide monocarboxylique, d'un acide dicarboxylique ou d'un anhydride d'acide dicarboxylique à insaturation éthylénique (abr. polymère acide SP), ainsi que des composés époxyde monofonctionnels ou multifonctionnels en tant que durcisseurs. Le composé époxyde monofonctionnel ou multifonctionnel est de préférence mélangé à l'état liquide à la dispersion polymère aqueuse. En plus du composé époxyde, le liant thermodurcissable peut également contenir un polyol ou une alcanolamine en tant que durcisseur.
