Provided is a low-cost, highly responsive, and highly durable thermistor material for use in a reducing atmosphere, with which temperature can be measured even under a reducing atmosphere such as a hydrogen gas atmosphere or in a vacuum without the thermistor material being sealed with a glass seal or a metal tube. The thermistor material includes a matrix material made of an insulating ceramic and a non-oxide conductive material, and conductive particles are dispersed around the matrix material to thereby form a conductive path. The conductive particles are preferably dispersed in a network structure around the matrix material. Further, the conductive particles are preferably dispersed discontinuously around the matrix material.
Selon l'invention, il est possible d'obtenir à faible coût une matière de thermistance très réactive et durable destinée à être utilisée dans une atmosphère réductrice, telle qu'une atmosphère d'hydrogène gazeux ou sous vide, avec laquelle des températures peuvent être mesurées sans que ladite matière soit scellée dans un tube métallique ou un scellement en verre. La matière de thermistance destinée à être utilisée dans une atmosphère réductrice comporte une matière de matrice comprenant une céramique isolante et des particules électriquement conductrices comprenant une matière électriquement conductrice non à base d'oxyde dispersée à travers ladite matière de matrice pour former un cheminement conducteur. Les particules électriquement conductrices sont de préférence dispersées sous forme d'un réseau à travers la matière de matrice. En outre, les particules électriquement conductrices sont de préférence dispersées de façon discontinue à travers la matière de matrice.
