Thermochemical ablation techniques may provide abla-tion of bodily tissue using chemical reaction energy. The chemical reac-tion energy is provided by chemical reactions including a highly reac-tive electrophilic reagent provided to a target tissue location. The elec-trophilic agent is injected by a percutaneous fluid delivery cannula or by a percutaneous injection needle.
La présente invention concerne des techniques d'ablation thermochimique qui permettent de réaliser l'ablation d'un tissu corporel grâce à l'énergie d'une réaction chimique. Cette énergie est fournie par des réactions chimiques qui font intervenir un réactif électrophile fortement réactif délivré au niveau du site d'un tissu cible. Le réactif électrophile est injecté par une canule d'administration de fluide percutanée ou par une aiguille d'injection percutanée.
