The invention relates to a device for generating electric power in a gas turbine or the like of an aircraft, including a plurality of thermoelectric cells (44) having a surface surrounding a heat source (SC). The invention is characterised in that the cold source (SF) consists of the circulation of a cold fluid (F) carried out on the other surface of said thermoelectric cells.
