L'invention concerne un film multicouche thermoformable comprenant successivement une couche de protection, une couche transparente comprenant 0 à 100% en poids d'un polymère fluoré et 100 à 0% d'un polymère constitué essentiellement de motifs (meth)acrylate d'alkyle, par rapport au poids total de la couche transparente, une couche à base de polyamide à terminaisons amines, une couche constituée d'une polyoléfine fonctionnalisée par un anhydride d'acide carboxylique insaturé, et une couche de liaison en polyoléfine. Ce film est obtenu par coextrusion des différentes couches et il est utilisé ensuite pour recouvrir différents substrats, par exemple, en injectant le substrat à l'état fondu sur le film multicouche disposé dans le fond d'un moule d'injection, la couche de protection du film étant disposée contre la paroi du moule.
