THERMOFORMING OF STYRENIC FOAM LAMINATES ABSTRACT Thermoforming of styrenic foam laminates having at least one outer layer of polyurethane foam having an outer facing of decorative fabric. Prior to thermoforming the laminate is heated to at least the thermoforming temperature of the styrenic foam but to a temperature such that the decorative fabric is not degraded. The thermoforming process is useful in making automobile headliners.
