Abstract of the Disclosure The present invention comprises an improved process for manufacturing molded articles by thermoforming crystalline polymer sheets, which improvement comprises thermoforming said sheets at a temperature between the melting point of said crystalline polymer and 60°C above said melting point, wherein said sheets have a thickness greater than about 0.1 millimeters and are produced by extruding a mixture of about 45 to 96 percent by weight of a crystalline polymer and about 4 to about 55 percent by weight of a block copolymer additive selected from the group consisting of non-hydrogenated monoalkenyl arene-conjugated diene block copolymers and selectively hydrogenated monoalkenyl arene- conjugated diene block copolymers. Such molded parts exhibit a capability to form more complex moldings and an improved impact strength, compared with the known crystalline polymers.
