This invention relates to thermographic recording films including both a topcoat and a washcoat. The washcoat comprises at least one quaternary ammonium salt including at least one hydroxyl functional group, and a compound containing at least two epoxide moieties. The subject washcoat, in conjunction with the topcoat, reduces printer head build-up and streaking of the printed image film while simultaneously increases the anti-stat and slip properties of the film.

L'invention concerne des films d'enregistrement thermographique comprenant une couche supérieure et une couche de finition. La couche de finition comprend au moins un sel d'ammonium quaternaire présentant au moins un groupe fonctionnel hydroxyle, et un composé contenant au moins deux fractions d'époxyde. La couche de finition selon l'invention permet de réduire, conjointement avec la couche supérieure, l'accumulation sur la tête d'imprimante des composants du film et l'effet de filage sur l'image imprimée et d'augmenter les propriétés antistatiques et le glissant du film.
