The invention relates to a thermohydraulic pressure increase method and to the application thereof. Such a technical solution is required primarily in the field of energy management, in mechanical engineering, and in chemical plant engineering. In a hydraulic system, according to the prior art a hydraulic pump, which is driven by a motor disadvantageously requiring premiums forms of energy, such as electricity, diesel, or gasoline, is used to achieve the pressure increase. Some working fluids very drastically change the density thereof close to and above the critical point as the temperature rises, and transition into the gaseous state and under high pressure multiply the volume thereof if additional energy is supplied without density leaps at temperatures far below 100°C. If the substance-specific system pressure and the system temperature can be adjusted to a hydraulic process, the waste heat can be used for volume change work. The aim is to achieve volume change work by way of waste heat in a thermal process and apply said work to a hydraulic process, for example, in order to then drive presses or generators in stationary industrial systems.
L'invention concerne un procédé d'augmentation de pression thermohydraulique et son utilisation. Une telle solution technique est nécessaire en première ligne dans le domaine de la production d'énergie, de la construction mécanique et de la construction d'installations chimiques. Selon l'état de la technique, c'est une pompe hydraulique entraînée par un moteur qui assure l'augmentation de pression dans une installation hydraulique, ce moteur ayant l'inconvénient d'utiliser des énergies de grande valeur, électricité, diesel ou essence par exemple. Or, la densité de certains fluides de travail varie très fortement à proximité et au-dessus du point critique lorsque la température s'accroît. Si on poursuit l'apport d'énergie, ces fluides passent à l'état gazeux sans sauts de densité pour des températures largement inférieures à 100 °C, leur volume étant multiplié plusieurs fois à pression élevée. Si la pression du système spécifique de la substance et la température du système peuvent être adaptées à un processus hydraulique, il est possible d'utiliser la chaleur dissipée pour le travail de changement de volume. Aussi l'invention vise-t-elle à obtenir un travail de changement de volume dans un processus thermique au moyen de la chaleur dissipée et à le transmettre à un processus hydraulique pour entraîner des presses ou des générateurs, par exemple, dans des installations industrielles fixes.
