The invention relates to a thermohydrodynamic power amplifying machine, which enables a liquid working medium to carry out useful work in a three-phase working cycle (isochoric heating, isothermic expansion, contraction by regenerative cooling) while using an external heat source and an external cold sink. The work performed by the auxiliary drive (12) on the displacer (11) is considerably less than the (power amplification) produced by the conversion system (18, 19). A reverse operating externally driven machine functions as a heat pump/cooling machine.
L'invention concerne une machine d'amplification thermohydrodynamique de puissance qui, à l'aide d'une source de chaleur externe et d'un dispositif externe d'abaissement au froid, permet à un agent de travail fluide d'accomplir un travail utile dans un cycle de travail en trois temps (chauffage isochore, détente isotherme, contraction par refroidissement régénérateur). Le travail effectué sur l'élément de déplacement (11) par le mécanisme de commande auxiliaire (12) est nettement inférieur à (l'amplification de puissance) produite par le système de conversion (18, 19). Une machine, à fonctionnement inverse et à commande externe, agit comme pompe à chaleur/machine frigorifique.
