Abstract of the Disclosure The subject invention concerns the production of flat mill products from mechanically alloyed composite powder particles by (i) compacting the said particles at 1700-2100°F, (ii) hot rolling the resulting metal body above the recrystallization temperature but below 2050°F at a specified strain rate, and (iii) continuing the hot rolling accomplishing a reduction in area of at least 75%.
