ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a thermoplastic composition which comprises a blend of dissimilar plastics and dissimilar cured particulate rubbers in which the plastics are, crystalline polyolefin polymer and nylon, and the cured particulate rubbers are hydrocarbon rubber and polar rubber, and a functionalized olefin polymer in an amount sufficient to improve the compatibility between the crystalline polyolefin polymer and nylon. The compositions of this invention are useful in forming a variety of molded, extruded, or calendered articles.
