Disclosed are (I) a thermoplastic elastomeric film comprised of an elas- tomeric arene-diene block copolymer and particular ethylene/.alpha.-olefin copoly- mers having low ethylene crystallinity and (2) the process of preparing films thereof. The disclosed films have supe- rior strength and elasticity characteris- tics which render them particularly use- ful in apparel and healthcare items such as disposable diapers.
