ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A very useful thermoplastic elastomer can be made by reacting, at an elevated temperature, (A) a suitable alpha-olefin copolymer elastomer (e.g., a copolymer of ethylene, propylene and a suitable diene) having carboxylic acid groups, and (B) a rosin salt of a divalent or monovalent metal.
