A chlorinated or chlorosulfonated polyethylene is dispersed in a polyolefin and vulcanized, the vulcanizate is then dis- persed into a thermoplastic chlorinated or chlorosulfonated polyethylene forming a partially cross-linked thermoplastic chlori- nated or chlorosulfonated polyethylene vulcanizate having good interply adhesion, hot weld strength, processable on commercial- ly available equipment, and crack resistance.
