A film structure including at least a base layer containing a thermoplastic polymer and at least an outer layer containing a low melting point polymer. Methods of manufacturing the film structure, including the steps of coextruding melts corresponding to the individual layers of the film structure through a die and thereafter: simultaneously biaxially stretching the coextruded film sheet; or sequentially biaxially stretching the coextruded film sheet, wherein the machine-direction orientation (MDO) is performed with a radiant-heated MDO stretcher. An extrusion-coated film structure exhibiting strong bond adhesion, and a method of manufacturing the same are also provided.
L'invention concerne une structure de film comprenant au moins une couche de base contenant un polymère thermoplastique et au moins une couche externe contenant un polymère à faible point de fusion. L'invention se rapporte aussi à des procédés de fabrication de la structure de film, comprenant des étapes consistant à coextruder des fontes correspondant à chaque couche de la structure de film au moyen d'une matrice puis à simultanément étirer dans le sens biaxial la feuille de film coextrudée ; ou à étirer séquentiellement dans le sens biaxial la feuille de film coextrudée, l'orientation du sens de machine (MDO) étant effectuée au moyen d'un tendeur MDO chauffé par rayonnement. L'invention porte aussi sur une structure de film revêtue par extrusion possédant une adhésion de liaison forte, et sur un procédé de fabrication correspondant.
