The invention relates to thermoplastic nanocomposites containing a) a thermoplastic plastic material (A); b) at least one compound (B) which consists of negatively charged phyllosilicates between which cations are intercalated (delaminated phyllosilicates) and which is evenly dispersed in component (A); c) a rubber or rubber mixtures (C). Component (C) has a particle-size distribution with a d(50) value of between 10 nm and 1000 nm. The invention also relates to method for producing said nanocomposites and to their use.
L'invention concerne des nanocomposites thermoplastiques contenant: a) une matière synthétique thermoplastique (A); b) au moins un composé (B) qui est constitué de phyllosilicates chargés négativement, entre lesquels sont insérés des cations (phyllosilicates décollés), composé qui est dispersé de façon homogène dans le composant A; et c) un caoutchouc ou des mélanges de caoutchoucs (C), ce dernier composant présentant une répartition granulométrique d'une valeur d(50) comprise entre 10 nm et 1000 nm. L'invention concerne en outre un procédé de production de ces nanocomposites et leur utilisation.
