ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Thermoplastic moulding compositions of co-graft polymers which are obtained by the polymerisation of vinyl monomers, in particular by the polymerisation of unsaturated esters, in the presence of mixtures consisting of the following: 1. elastomers having glass transition temperatures .angle.0°C, 2. polyesters, polyethers, polyesterurethanes, poly- urethanes, polycarbonates or mixtures thereof, and optionally 3. cellulose esters of aliphatic C1-C5 carboxylic acids, and moulding compositions consisting of mixtures of these co-graft polymers with organic cellulose esters.
