A thermoplastic polymer composition having good flexibility and excellent barrier properties with respect to gases and organic liquids, which can be adhesively bonded to a polyolefin resin, this composition comprising an ethylene - vinyl alcohol copolymer (A), a polymer mixture (B) composed of a block copolymer (I) mainly comprising a vinyl aromatic polymer block and a conjugated diene polymer block which may be hydrogenated, and a rubber softener (II), and a polyolefin resin (C). Here, the following three conditions are satisfied: the ratio of [A]:[B] is in the range of 10:90 to 50:50, the ratio of [I]:[II] is in the range of 30:70 to 90:10, the ratio of ([A] + [B]):[C] is in the range of 100:0 to 100:30, when the blending amount of component (A) in the thermoplastic polymer composition is denoted by [A] parts by weigh t, the blending amount of component (B) is denoted by [B]parts by weight, the blending amount of component (C) is denoted by [C] parts by weight, the blending amount of black copolymer (I) in component (B) is denoted by [I] parts by weight, and the blending amount of rubber softener (II) is denoted by [II] parts by weight. Further, at least part of the block copolymer (I) is modified at a modification ratio of 0.05 wt.% or higher so as to have a functional group capable of reacting with the ethylene - vinyl alcohol copolymer (A). The ISO type A hardness of the thermoplastic polymer composition is not less than 30 and not higher than 90, and the oxygen permeation coefficient is 20,000 mL.20µm/m2.day.atm or less.
Divulgation d'une composition polymère thermoplastique ayant une bonne souplesse et d'excellentes propriétés de barrière pour des gaz et des liquides organiques. Cette composition peut être liée par adhésion à une résine polyoléfinique. Cette composition comprend : un copolymère d'éthylène et d'alcool vinylique (A); un mélange polymère (B) composé d'un copolymère séquencé (I) composé principalement d'un polymère aromatique vinylique séquencé et d'un polymère diènique conjugué séquencé, qui peut être hygrogéné, d'un plastifiant à caoutchouc (II); une résine polyoléfinique (C). Les trois conditions suivantes doivent être satisfaites : le rapport ¬A|/¬B| est dans la gamme allant de 10/90 à 50/50, le rapport ¬I|/¬II| est dans la gamme allant de 30/70 à 90/10, le rapport (¬A| + ¬B|)/¬C| est dans la gamme allant de 100/0 à 100/30, quand la quantité de composant (A) dans la composition polymère thermoplastique est ¬A| parties en poids, la quantité de composant (B) est ¬B| parties en poids, la quantité de composant (C) est ¬C| parties en poids, la quantité de copolymère séquencé (I) dans le composant (B) est ¬I| parties en poids et la quantité de plastifiant à caoutchouc (II) est ¬II| parties en poids. De plus, au moins une partie du copolymère séquencé (I) est modifié à un taux de 0,05 % en poids ou plus de manière à comporter un groupe fonctionnel pouvant réagir avec la copolymère d'éthylène et d'alcool vimylique (A). La dureté ISO de type A de la composition polymère thermoplastique n'est pas inférieure à 30 et pas plus élevée que 90, et son coefficient de perméation à l'oxygène est de 20 000 mL.20µm/m2.jour.atm ou moins.
