ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE There is disclosed a thermoplastic resin composition comprising as principal components a [A] thermoplastic resin having a functional group reactive with an amino group, a [B] olefinic polymer and/or styrenic polymer, the subtotal of the above [A]+[B] being 100 parts by weight, and 0.05 to 20 parts by weight of a [C] copolymer having in a molecule thereof a formamide group and/or an amino group or a salt thereof, said copolymer having the repeating unit 1, II, III or IV represented by the general formula (1), (II), (III) or (IV), respectively, Image ... (I) Image ... (II) Image ... (III) Image ... (IV) wherein Y is a group selected from the groups of the general formula . (V) ... (VI) Image ... (VII) ... (VIII) and other symbols are as defined in the specification. The above composition is excellent in impact characteristics, especially surface impact characteristics and appearance, minimized in coloration and free from delamination and peeling.
