ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A thermoplastic resin composition having excellent resistance to weather and impact comprises a binary graft-copolymer of a rubber component com- prising an ethylene-copolymer rubber and an aromatic vinyl compound or a ternary graft-copolymer of a rubber component comprising an ethylene-propylene rubber, an aromatic vinyl compound and a vinyl cyanide compound; 0.5 to 10% by weight of mineral oil having a specific gravity of 0.905 or more; and an antioxidant and/or an ultraviolet absorber.
