Abstract: The invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition which comprises (A) a polycarbonate resin, (B) a conjugated diene rubber-reinforced styrene resin and (C) a polyester elastomer, optionally with (D) a saturated polyester. The weight proportion of the components (A), (B) and (C) or (C) + (D) is from 5 - 90 : 5 - 90 : 2 - 60. The composition has very good chemical resistance and weld strength.
