TITLE OF THE INVENTION A thermoplastic resin composition ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A thermoplastic resin composition having an im- proved compatibility of polyolefins and polyamides and an excellent surface gloss in addition to an excellent heat resistance and mechanical properties, which polyamides have, and a low water absorbing property, which polyolefins have, is provided. This composition comprises 1 to 95 % by weight of a polyamide and 5 to 99 % by weight of a chemically co- modified mixture of a polyolefin and another polymer. The composition of the present invention is useful for various industrial materials, in particular, household electrical appliances and motor cars.
