There is provided a thermoplastic resin composition comprising the following components (A) to (E): component (A): 50 to 74.7% by weight of a propylene-ethylene block copolymer resin containing a propylene homopolymer moiety having a melt flow rate of 20 to 200 g/10 min. and an isotactic pentad fraction of at least 0.98, the block copolymer having a melt flow rate of 10 to 100 g/10 min. and a ratio of the weight average molecular weight to the number average molecular weight of 5 to 7, component (B): 5 to 10% by weight of an ethylene-octene random copolymer having a melting temperature of 40 to 60°C and a melt flow rate of 0.5 to 15 g/10 min., component (C): 5 to 10% by weight of an ethylene-butene random copolymer not having a melting temperature of 35°C or above and having a melt flow rate of 0.5 to 15 g/10 min., component (D): 0.3 to 5% by weight of an elastomer, the elastomer being either one comprising a block structure represented by the following formula [I] and/or the following formula [II] and having a melting temperature of 80 to 110°C, a melt flow rate of 0.5 to 20 g/10 min., a polyethylene crystal moiety content of 20 to 40% by weight, and a random elastomer moiety content of 60 to 80% by weight, or one comprising a block structure represented by the following formula [III], the following formula [IV] and/or the following formula [V] and having a melt flow rate of not more than 15 g/10 min. and a polystyrene moiety content of 10 to 40% by weight and a random elastomer moiety content of 60 to 90% by weight: polyethylene-(ethylene/butene random elastomer)- polyethylene . . . . [I] polyethylene-(ethylene/butene random elastomer) . . . .[II] 42 polystyrene-(ethylene/butene random elastomer)-polystyrene . . . .[III] polystyrene-(ethylene/propylene random elastomer)-polystyrene . . . . [IV] polystyrene-(ethylene/propylene random elastomer) . . . . [V]; and component (E): 15 to 25% by weight of a talc having an average particle diameter of up to 5 µm and a specific surface area of at least 3.5 m2/g.
L'invention porte sur une composition de résine thermoplastique renfermant les constituants A) à E) suivants : A) 50 à 74,7 % en poids d'une résine de copolymère à séquence propylène-éthylène, renfermant une fraction d'homopolymère de propylène avec une fluidité à chaud de 20 à 200 g/10 min, et une fraction isotactique pentade d'au moins 0,98; le copolymère séquencé a une fluidité à chaud de 10 à 100 g/10 min et présente un rapport masse molaire moyenne en masse/masse molaire moyenne en nombre de 5 à 7; B) 5 à 10 % d'un copolymère statistique d'éthylène-octène possédant une température de fusion de 40 à 60 degrés C et une fluidité à chaud de 0,5 à 15 g/10 min; C) 5 à 10 % en poids d'un copolymère statistique d'éthylène-butène possédant une température de fusion de 35 degrés C ou plus et une fluidité à chaud de 0,5 à 15 g/10 min; D) 0,3 à 5 % en poids d'un élastomère, lequel peut être constitué soit d'une structure séquencée représentée par la formule suivante ¢I! et (ou) par la formule suivante ¢II!, avec une température de fusion de 80 à 110 degrés C, une fluidité à chaud de 0,5 à 20 g/10 min, une teneur de 20 à 40 % en poids d'une fraction cristallisée de polyéthylène, et une teneur de 60 à 80 % en poids d'une fraction d'élastomère statistique, soit d'une structure séquencée représentée par la formule suivante ¢III!, la formule suivante ¢III!, la formule suivante ¢IV! et (ou) la formule suivante ¢V!, avec une fluidité à chaud ne dépassant pas 15 g/10 min, une teneur de 10 à 40 % en poids d'une fraction de polystyrène, et une teneur de 60 à 90 % en poids d'une fraction d'élastomère statistique, à savoir polyéthylène-(élastomère statistique d'éthylène/butène)-polyéthylène . . . ¢I!, polyéthylène-(élastomère statistique d'éthylène/butène) . . . ¢II!, polystyrène-(élastomère statistique d'éthylène/butène) -polystyrène . . .¢III!, polystyrène-(élastomère statistique d'éthylène/propylène)-polystyrène . . . ¢IV!, polystyrène-(élastomère statistique d'éthylène/propylène) . . . ¢V!; E) 15 à 25 % en poids d'un talc à particules de diamètre moyen allant jusqu'à 5 microns et une aire surfacique spécifique d'au moins 3,5 m2/g.
