ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A thermoplastic resin composition comprising: (A) 1 to 100 parts by weight of a modified polyolefinic polymer containing one structural unit having a glycidyl group represented by general formula (I) per 2 to 1,003 repeating olefinic units, wherein Ar represents a C6 to C23 aromatic hydrocarbon group having at least one glycidyloxy group and R represents hydrogen or methyl, and (B) 100 parts by weight of polyamide. The composition gives a molding wherein a strong affinity is generated at the boundary between the polyolefin and the polyamide and which has, as a result, excellent mechanical properties such as impact resistance and good surface properties.
