Abstract: The invention provides a thermoplastic resin composition which can be molded to produce a delustered shaped article, which comprises (A) a rubber-modified co- polymer and (B) an epoxy group-containing olefin polymer or an unsaturated carboxylic acid-modified olefin polymer (B'). The composition retains the desirable physical properties of the rubber-modified copolymer while producing an article having a delustered (low gloss) surface of attractive appearance.
