The invention relates to a novel thermoplastic stiffening material used for manufacturing shoes or shoe parts, and to an environmentally friendly method for the production thereof. The inventive material is provided in the form of a hot- melt adhesive/filler substance combination and is characterized in that it is comprised of one or more hot-melt adhesives and of one or more fillers, which are provided in quantities ranging from 50 to 15% by weight and which do not dissolve in the hot-melt adhesive. The hot-melt adhesive/filler substance combination simultaneously fulfills the following parameters: 1. MVR value between 2 and 6, preferably between 3 and 5 cm3/10min; 2. Surface tack, when measured according to DIN EN 14610 at 65°C, ranging from at least 10 N/2 cm, preferably 15 N/2 cm, particularly 20 N/2 cm; 3. Bonding value/peel resistance with regard to upper materials and linings of at least 30 N/5 cm when measured according to DIN 53357; 4. Longitudinal extension of no greater than 25%, preferably less than 20%, when measured at a temperature of 90°C.
L'invention concerne un nouveau mat~riau rigidifiant thermoplastique s'utilisant dans la fabrication de chaussures et de parties de chaussures, ainsi qu'un proc~d~ ~cophile permettant de le produire. Ledit mat~riau se pr~sente sous forme de composite ~ base de colle thermofusible/de charge et se caract~rise en ce qu'il comprend une ou plusieurs colles thermofusibles et dune ou de plusieurs charges, dans des quantit~s comprises entre 50 et 15 % en poids, ne se dissolvant pas dans la colle thermofusible. Le composite ~ base de colle thermofusible/ de charge satisfait simultan~ment aux paramtres suivants : 1. valeur MVR comprise entre 2 et 6, de pr~f~rence entre 3 et 5 cm?3´/10 mn ; 2. adh~sivit~ superficielle/adh~sivit~, mesur~es selon DIN EN 14610 ~ 65 ~C, d'au moins 10 n/2 cm, de pr~f~rence 15 N/2 cm, en particulier 20 N/2 cm ; 3. valeur adh~rence/r~sistance pelabilit~ vis-~-vis tige et doublure, d'au moins 30 N/5 cm, mesur~es selon DIN 53357 ; 4. extension en longueur de 25 % au maximum, de pr~f~rence inf~rieure ~ 20 %, mesur~e ~ des temp~ratures de l'ordre de 90 ~C.
