Thermoplastic urethane elastomeric alloys are obtained by melt compounding at least one first component that is a polyurethane elastomer having at least one plasticizer reacted therein, this first component being formed by heating a reaction mixture comprising at least one isocyanate having a functionality of less than about 2,2, at least one long chain polyol at least one chain extender and at least one plasticizer in specified amounts at a temperature of at least about 330 °F (165.6 °C), with at least one second component that is another thermoplastic elastomer not within the definition of the first component.
Alliages thermoplastiques élastomères à base d'uréthannes obtenus par combinaison en fusion et comportant au moins un premier composant consistant en un élastomère de type polyuréthanne contenant au moins un plastifiant ayant réagi dans celui-ci, et au moins un second composant. Le premier composant est obtenu par chauffage à au moins 165.6 DEG C d'un mélange de réaction comprenant dans des proportions spécifiques: au moins un isocyanate présentant une fonctionnalité d'environ 2,2, au moins un polyol à chaîne longue, au moins un prolongateur de chaîne et au moins un plastifiant. Le second composant est un autre élastomère thermoplastique n'entrant pas dans la définition du premier composant.
