The invention relates to a thermoreversible oil-in-water emulsion which comprises: a TLR4 agonist whose chemical structure does not include a sugar ring, squalene, a nonionic surfactant belonging to the polyoxyethylene alkyl ether chemical group, a hydrophilic surfactant and an aqueous solvent, and which exhibits immunostimulating properties.
