The present invention relates to poly urethane/urea-forming casting composition that can be cast and cured at temperatures between 15 and 35 ~C using a reaction mixture of (a) an isocyanate component or an isocyanate functional prepolymer having at least two isocyanate groups per molecule that contains or has been reacted with polytetramethylene glycol; (b) an aromatic amine curative; and (c) a phosphate ester or phthalate ester having a vapor pressure of less than 100 mPa at 25 ~C. The present invention further relates to a cast polyurethane and a process for curing a poly urethane/urea-forming composition.

L'invention concerne une composition de moulage de polyuréthanne-urée qu'on peut mouler et durcir à des températures entre 15 et 35 ·C au moyen d'un mélange réactionnel (a) d'un constituant d'isocyanate ou d'un prépolymère fonctionnel d'isocyanate possédant au moins deux groupes isocyanate par molécule qui contient polytétraméthylèneglycol ou a subi une réaction avec ce dernier; (b) d'un catalyseur d'amine aromatique; (c) d'un ester de phosphate ou d'un ester de phtalate dont la pression de vapeur est inférieure à 100 mPa à 25 ·C. Elle concerne, de plus, un polyuréthanne moulé et un procédé servant à effectuer le durcissement d'une composition formant polyuréthanne-urée.
