To obtain a thermostat device in which a thermo element assembly can be extremely easily and properly assembled and fixed to a device housing. The thermostat device has a thermo element assembly (10) configured by a piston (3), a thermal expansion unit that changes its volume with a change in temperature, to reciprocate a cylinder container (4) with respect to the piston, and a heating element (H) that is provided in a casing of the piston and heats the thermal expansion unit (W) when supplied with current. An assembling hole (11) is provided in the device housing in order to hold an outer end of the thermo element assembly by causing the outer end to pass therethrough toward the outside of the device. Moreover, a piston guide (13) is provided at a section on the upper end side of the piston configuring the thermo element assembly. An outer end of the piston guide is integrally joined to the housing side while being inserted from the inside of the device housing (2) into the assembling hole to pass therethrough.
L'invention vise à proposer un dispositif de thermostat dans lequel un ensemble élément thermique peut être simplement et correctement assemblé et fixé à un boîtier de dispositif. A cet effet, l'invention porte sur un dispositif de thermostat muni d'un ensemble élément thermique (10) comprenant un piston (3); un corps à dilatation thermique dont le volume change avec la température et qui imprime un mouvement de va-et-vient relativement à un piston à un contenant cylindrique (4); et un élément générant de la chaleur (H) disposé dans le boîtier du piston pour chauffer le corps à dilatation thermique (W) lorsque de l'électricité circule. Un trou d'assemblage (11) est foré à travers le boîtier du dispositif pour maintenir l'extrémité externe de l'ensemble élément thermique par un trou pratique sur le boîtier de dispositif en direction de l'extérieur du dispositif. De plus, un guide de piston (13) est disposé sur une partie du côté d'extrémité supérieure du piston pour constituer l'ensemble élément thermique. L'extrémité externe du guide de piston est reliée d'un seul tenant au côté du boîtier et insérée de l'intérieur du boîtier de dispositif (2) dans le trou d'assemblage.
