The invention relates to a thermostatic mixing valve in which the access path of the hot water to the mixing chamber is completely formed within a bottom base (2) and the ceramic disks (4, 5) of the valve group, the slider (8) of the thermostatic member sealingly sliding in a central seat of the upper disk (5). By having the hot water not pass through the metallic members of the valve it is possible to eliminate the problems of asymmetric thermal expansion of said metallic members when only hot water is delivered, and also to greatly reduce the problems of calcareous encrustation since the latter build up with difficulty on the ceramic material. Furthermore, the valve is manufactured with a compact and simplified structure, including a small number of pieces, with totally independent temperature and flow rate controls.

L'invention concerne une vanne de mélange thermostatique, dans laquelle le passage d'accès de l'eau chaude vers la chambre de mélange est complètement formé à l'intérieur d'une base (2) et les disques de céramique (4, 5) du groupe de vannes, le curseur (8) de l'élément thermostatique coulissant de manière verrouillée dans un siège central du disque supérieur (5). Lorsque l'eau chaude ne passe pas à travers les éléments métalliques de la vanne, il est possible d'éliminer les problèmes d'expansion thermique asymétrique desdits éléments métalliques, lorsque l'eau chaude est distribuée, et également de réduire les problèmes d'incrustation depuis la dernière accumulation avec difficulté sur le matériau céramique. De plus, la vanne est fabriquée au moyen d'une structure compacte et simplifiée, comprenant un petit nombre de pièces, à température et régulation du débit totalement indépendants.
